Right of Withdrawal

This notice applies to consumers who enter into a paid subscription (distance contract under the Austrian FAGG).
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
2. Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded (the activation of your paid subscription).
3. Exercising the right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Slowdown Moments e.U., Madlene Reischl, Am Steinfeld 21, 8020 Graz, office@slowdown-moments.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
4. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
5. Early performance and proportionate payment
If you expressly request that we begin providing the content before the withdrawal period ends, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains intact. If you withdraw within that period, you owe only a proportionate amount for the service actually used up to the point of withdrawal (§ 16 FAGG). We obtain your express request when you take out the subscription (§ 10 FAGG).
